AGB offers consulting services for each of the services in which we provide. AGB is committed to helping you address your problem and find a solution. In most cases we offer a 20 minute free consultation to discover your needs. We would take that time to assess the situation and determine if AGB is your best choice for services and implement a strategy for accomplishing our mutual goals. This would include consultation prior to the start of security service to discover how many guards are needed and patrol times to consulting on a weekly basis in regard to your computer network concerns.

Approach

AGB’s professional consultants approach problem solving in two phases:

Phase I) IIDD: Identify, Isolate, Deconstruct and Define

Our on-site evaluation/analysis allows us to identify the issue. We isolate the situation then deconstruct the problem. Meaning we break the problem down and define what the root cause could be.

Phase II) We design, construct and implement solutions that rectify the past problems and mitigate future exposure.

Our professional, expert leadership integrates years of Best Practices into AGB’s comprehensive, yet flexible framework to identify potential incidents and/or risk, regardless of cause, size, location or complexity.
